My family had a great time at this condo! The location was quiet and had a private sandy area at the front of the property, away from the walkway, which was especially nice with a 2 year old. The balcony was great, and the rooftop was massive and completely private—not shared with the bottom unit. The condo also had plenty of beach accessories, which was a nice convenience. The only issue we experienced was that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom wasn’t working, so it got a bit warm at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

We rented this home for our daughter's graduation weekend from USD. It is a fabulous location right on the beach at the bottom of Mission Beach. It is exactly as advertised. Has AC, an amazing balcony/rooftop and one garage parking spot. Would stay here again. This place was fantastic.

It was so beautiful! The view, the house, everything! Very comfortable! Right on the beach. Walkable. Great restaurant around. We LOVED our stay!

Perfect locale for our family of 4 spring break trip to San Diego! Easy check in, immediate access to the beach off the lower level, beach chairs readily available, and truly a wonderful space with great views!
