This property is exactly as advertised. For San Diego, Pacific Beach it's great, two blocks off the beach, but the walk down/up the Tourmaline parking lot is steep. A quieter part of north PB.There are ceiling fans in every room but no AC, which generally you don't need in SD except a few days a year, and most summer days you get a good breeze off the water,There are steel security screen doors front and back which help with opening up the place but lend an odd feeling of insecurity to the property/neighborhood?The kitchen is up to date, and small but serviceable - we intended to eat out during our stay and didn't need much. Dining options are myriad and on the outside edge of walkable (for us) trading quieter for food proximity, knowing parking is at a premium in PB.The owners were perfectly communicative, we had zero issues and they provided every opportunity should we need anything - as well as documenting everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.Beds were very comfortable. All in all we would absolutely stay here again, and recommend this property highly!
