This was a one week getaway for four women that started work together 50 years ago as nurses. The home was very clean, adequate toiletries towels, etc. the only suggestion would be to have tissues available and to let everyone know to rent a small car because we rented a Honda Odyssey and none of us could get it into the garage. We ended up getting a Mazda CX 50, which one of the women was able to get into the garage.. The garage is a tandem garage, but you cannot directly pull in .The home behind. Ours had a storage area that made it difficult to get the car in .One thing that needs to be checked out is the Mr. coffee pot . It worked well but there was always coffee on the countertop underneath the machine .it was a fabulous vacation. Great weather. Nice people.

Beautiful home, great location, very close to the beach. Parking garage entrance is at the back of the house and google map will direct to the front of the house, so it’s easy to miss for the first time and will take some time to get back due to the one way road.

A great place to stay if you are visiting San Diego. The location was very convenient for everywhere you have to go. Great views of the bay and ocean.

Great location, and the parking garage is a huge plus. Parking may be a little tricky with a larger car. Lots of beach equipment is provided, including chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and kids’ toys. You can hear some noise from the upstairs unit, but it wasn’t bothersome at all.

Overall, the unit is exactly what is described. Next to both the bay and the ocean, close walk to the action at Belmont Park. Great amenities inside the unit for cooking, and the garage is full of beach toys and chairs. The garage accommodated our rental car (medium SUV), but it was a tight fit with a tough backing radius due to neighbor's truck and an unfortunately placed power pole. Neighborhood is active, summer weekend traffic on the main drag is heavy. The only point we'd recommend is touching up the paint in the higher trafficked areas of the unit. All in all, we loved our stay.
