Best beach vacation for our family! Such a beautiful place and easy access to all the things. Would definitely come back

Amazing property. You will not find a better view. Well equipped house. Made several full meals with friends and kitchen had all we needed. Easy to access. Great place!!! Appreciated all the amenities.

Unbelievable location! Spacious home and layout for two couples or traveling with family. The property is very comfortable. Carlsbad is an awesome town and it was wonderful to take walks on the beach every day.

This was a pleasant experience and very up to standrads. We have rented other on the water / private beach access locations in SoCal and this was by far the best yet.
Clean, peaceful, great locaation, great neighbors, good parking, many home accomodations.
We are very senstive to smells (glade plug-ins, air fresheners, etc.) and we were thankful we coudln't detect any chemical smells in this home.....nor any bad odor!
Nothing bad to say, only good. We told our family about it and they now want to book as well!

Our family enjoyed it alot! Highly recommended!
