The distance from the home to the beach was convenient especially having a one and two year old grand children.

We had a terrific time and the house/property was perfect. The indoor/outdoor space made for a perfect Pacific Beach stay. The listing represented very well. We were concerned the indoor space might be too small but it is very comfortable, spacious, well stocked and clean - the outdoor space is brilliant! We had a big multi-generational group and the home felt comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay again and recommend the property for anyone with a big group. The Casita is a perfect add on. We had unusually hot weather and we were worried about it being too warm but the nights cooled enough and it was very comfortable. We are sad to leave but our son lives here so we will be back next time we stay in PB.

Great house for families. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Nice and clean and plenty of room. The walk to the beach was short and there is plenty of grocery stores near by. Ver relaxful backyard to enjoy.

This property was perfect for our large family.....its unique design made for a fun time with the gtandkids. We enjoyed the Casita - getting away from the grandkids. Great location. Hot tub was a big hit. We walked to the beach multiple times. Very nice neighborhood. My large 3/4 ton pickup truck fit in the back garage - so parking was very good.

Overall great stay. House and yard were very clean. Would highly recommend for family up to 9-10 people.

Hands down best rental property. We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation and it was perfect for large family. Charming home with such a fun hang out space in backyard. Definitely memorable.
