I loved staying on the beach and I feel like it was priced fairly. Area was good and we felt safe. The Unit is right by the garage so anytime it opened its pretty loud. But that's the price of ground level. The layout was perfect for me and my kids staying with my parents as well. The people were super allowed above us but its a rental as well so just a risk when it comes to staying anywhere.

The location is great.the condo is spacious and roomy, My family and I were very comfortable. Management was responsive to questions and inquiries. I would rent this hous again.

We had our family stay for 5 nights. We enjoyed the location, ground floor access to the beach, large kitchen, laundry and BBQ during our stay. Everything was clean and what we would have hoped for. Thank you!

Fun Bay weekend with family

Perfect Bay front location for our group of adults and older teens. So spacious with all amenities needed. Excellent access to the beach, coffee shops, dining and shopping. Loved the volleyball net right off the patio. No issues parking on El Carmel, as our car was too tall for the garage. Property has coffee maker, ice maker, all kitchen accessories and appliances needed. Plenty of dishes, mugs, glasses, etc. Bring your own Yeti if that’s your jam. If you want a beach fire, call The Beach Fire Guy. Tony was amazing! We did the s’mores package. 10/10 would be back in a heartbeat!
