The location was great as it was only a block from the beach. The house had enough rooms for our families, lots of windows and outdoor patios to enjoy the weather.

I have stayed on Loring on many occasions but never at this tucked away gem, in fact I never knew it was even there. This place had it all, a good kitchen to cook in, great bathrooms, privacy for all guests and views of a lifetime.

Great place - convenient too!

Great layout for groups. Quiet community. Fantastic views. There is a path from the yard to the beach or you can take the road. There are plenty of restaurants around, some only a couple blocks away. There is no AC, but the evenings were quite cool so no real need. We loved our stay.
