Best location by far, 10/10 recommend being close to all of what pacific beach has to offer. The house is spacious and has everything you need to be entertained and comfortable.

Terrific home for a big family and amazing location! Management was very quick to respond.

VRBO was clean and very livable for a week. We had 10 adults, 3 children and 2 infants and were comfortable. Easy access to bay, with a 10 minute walk to ocean and restaurants. No disappointments.

Fantastic location. Steps from the beach and minutes from shops. The yard was everyones favorties spot to hangout at. Jacuzzi was great. Inside the home is as expected from the photos. Some rooms and bathrooms were a little out dated. But for the price we paid, but it was worth it for the price we paid.

The house was perfect for our needs. We needed a one story with enough beds/baths to accommodate my family and this property delivered perfectly. The location was fantastic, with quick access to the bay, beach, shopping, nightlife, etc. I already miss the amazing bay view. Would definitely stay here again!
