I don't usually say this, but there's not really much I could find about this place that I didn't like. Everything was carefully decorated, well considered, and the location was fantastic. Walking distance to the beach is perfect for anyone anytime. I love the outdoor space in the friendliness of the neighbors. Not only will I be booking this place again, but I suggest you do too. Nick's place could not have been a more perfect fit for my husband and I and our dog, Hazel! We loved the location and enjoyed walks along the beach daily. There were so many nice restaurants within walking distance in every direction and we enjoyed almost all of them! Good thing the beach was close by to walk off some of the calories! One of the best things for us was the fenced in yard to let our dog run freely in and out of the house. Also, Nick was very accommodating and made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. We definitely hope to come back here next year! Thank you Nick!

Neighbourhood is peaceful. The home was immaculately clean. Kitchen appliances, utensils pots and pans were of good quality. We felt at Home. We are grateful for Nick because we left some important documents behind and he couriered it to us which was a lifesaver. Totally recommend this place to any other visitors coming to San Diego.

Clean updated modern units are always appreciated by me & my husband as we are quite particular in our travel accommodations. This house rental is located in a great walked neighborhood, very close to the boardwalk and the Rec center.
