Terrific spot! So close to Mission Bay and a very safe and walkable neighborhood - went to Crown Point Park several times. The apartment is well appointed and clean, happy to have dedicated parking (even though there is plenty of street parking in the area). No AC so I would recommend the addition of a movable fan if possible. Also should note the road noise, lots of walkers and runners in the early morning that you can hear but it didn't bother me too much.

Apartment was very new and clean. It was a very active walkable safe area. We love the proximity to Mission Bay.

I had an extended stay at this property due to major construction going on at my home in Clairemont. Loved being so close to the bay I could walk or ride my bike daily. It was so nice meeting the owner and being able to extend my stay when delays came up in my home project. Everyone was great to work with and I felt safe, parking space was great, quiet at night. All the other guests that came and went during my 6 week stay were polite and friendly. Loved having a W&D in my unit. Mostly I am truly grateful I had this location and folks there to help me out during a tough time getting my home project finished. Great customer service!! I would stay here again!!

The place was nice and clean, and perfect for our family of four. The location was ideal, with an easy drive to nearby attractions, and the quiet neighborhood made it even more enjoyable. Having an assigned parking spot was a great bonus, and the beach gear was a nice added touch. We had a great stay! We definitely would stay here again.
