The whole family enjoyed the spacious beautiful house. Its convenient location right on the bay and all the activities and water sports right at your fingertips. The aquatic center is a block away and great restaurants everywhere. Nick was great, easy check in and easy check out. It couldn't have been better. Thank you!!!

This place was amazing, very open and spacious and more than enough space to accommodate all 10 of us. There are separate sleeping arrangements (bunk bed room, master bedroom, bedroom with 2 full sized beds, plus nice sofa bed!) that worked out well for the different age groups. Being on the ground floor and having the bay right in front of us was really perfect for us. My parents were able to comfortably watch our kids play on the sand, my husband bbq on the huge patio (patio awnings for extra shade was a nice bonus), and my sisters & I cooking in the kitchen & still able to see everyone. Really an ejoyable stay and want to thank you again!

We enjoyed staying at this gorgeous 3-bedroom condo right on the beach. The house is beautiful and nicely furnished with plenty of searing. It's also full of hi-tech upgrades, such as surround sound and Apple TV controlled by built-in counsel, retractable awning, push-button shades, and three TVs in the main living area for multiple viewing experiences. There was a strong wifi network, which is essential for those who need to do a little bit of work while on vacation. The location is fantastic. We traveled with two young children (4 and 6) and enjoyed the easy access to the beach, which is just a few steps from the outdoor patio. The unit is well stocked with cooking utensils and high end appliances, and we made good use of built in barbecue. The size of the unit was perfect for a group of six. There is a master bedroom, a second bedroom with two beds, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Our daughters were excited that they each got to sleep on a top bunk. The location is perfect for beach walks, and is in close proximity to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. For those traveling with young children, it's nice to be on the bay side because the water is calm. The waves are quite large on the beach side, which would have made us nervous had we stayed there. The property manager, Nick, was great. He was extremely responsive to all of our needs. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely consider staying there again.

I have stayed here twice now, once with my family and the last time with some girlfriends. It is comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities of home, with incredible views! Nick is so great and always makes sure we are comfortable.

We stayed with our 5 children, along with my sister in law and her 2 children. Plenty of space for everyone and double bunks for the kiddos. Great open kitchen actually makes you want to cook on vacation and the wall of windows looking out at the bay is the perfect view. Quick 5 minute walk to the ocean side beach and easy 15 min walk to Belmont Park.

we rented this place for a girls trip, with awesome results. it was very clean and roomy for 9 ladies with plenty of elbow space in the main kitchen, dining, and great room areas. the beds were comfortable and 2 of 3 rooms were large. the patio area looks out on san juan cove and was on the quiet side of the beach, which we liked. bbq and automatic shades on the patio were a plus. we would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to others. nick was great to work with and very responsive.
