The location and view are perfect. The sliding door opens the whole wall allowing you to bring the outdoors into the home. It is a little worn around the edges, but I would go back for sure!

Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. The beach is right outside your front door. The kids would take the provided beach toys out in the morning, run inside at lunch to eat and warm up, then right back out until dinner. Never had to leave the house with easy grocery and takeout delivery. The beds were comfortable and everything you could need was provided in the house. We parked our large SUV in the garage and didn’t drive it until we checked out. Perhaps the best part is opening all the sliding glass in the morning and watching the dolphins swim by. Truly a spectacular location for any age.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at this unit that we booked another stay for next year while in the middle of our vacation! It’s all glass, corner lot with a panoramic view of the ocean. It’s on 3rd floor, 3 flights of stairs, but the view on top looks like you’re floating on water. It’s an open concept. When you’re up there, you don’t see the board walk, you just see the wide ocean, sky and sand. The house is so modern and clean, no carpet. Property management is very responsive and immediately addressed minor issue like replacing some flat pillows. Highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Of course our favorite part was the large sliding door to the patio. It was very clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the owners. We will definitely be back!

Had issues with TV and some outlets not working, also slow draining MBR sink, and no light for bar b queing after dark. We thought early check out and late check in were disappointing. We enjoyed the location, and view but the climb up and down the 30 steps is a deal breaker for us sisters over 70.

No complaints here. Location for mission beach is unmatched. Part of the beach that’s not too crowded, plenty of room. Location speaks for itself being 5 steps from the beach. Three flights of stairs can be a little taxing if you’re doing a lot of back and forth, but incredibly well worth it. Views incredible, beds comfortable. Air conditioning helped as it was a bit hot and helped cool our young kids rooms down for the night. Just all around great spot. Made friends with our downstairs neighbors, 8 days of pure bliss. Lastly, all the beach stuff, chairs, toys, were great quality and very helpful. Highly recommend!
