Wonderful property. Our family has been coming to Mission Beach for over 30 years and renting through various rental agencies. This property is by far the best we have stayed at. The location was very nice and quiet. The large outside patio area was the best. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with any item you might need to cook a meal and all appliances were in great working order (and after 30 years of multiple rentals this is very nice to have). The parking was easy to get in and out of. It is a deep tandem space that two normal size cars could easily fit. The property has beach, towels, beach items and two bikes that are available to use. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing week at Mission. We will rent this property in the future again and recommend it to our friends when they are looking for a place to stay.

We spent four nights at this unit right on the beach in early May and loved every minute of it. The ocean view is amazing from inside the unit (the living room, dining area, and master bedroom) and especially from the spacious patio, which has several different types of chairs. We saw dolphins jumping in the waves three of the four days from our patio. We loved the decor, the full kitchen, parking for two cars, and the proximity to additional parking on El Carmel Point and to Belmont Park, restaurants, and coffee shops. Expect many people to walk by on the ocean front sidewalk during the day and look at you with envy as you lounge on the patio, but it was quiet in the evenings.

I had family coming into town for spring break and we decided it would be fun to host them on the beach. We were so right!!! The location (and people watching on the boardwalk) is second to none, the house was clean, spacious, and well appointed....and I mean well appointed. Everything you could ask for is already there. Beyond the necessities of kitchen ware, towels, and furniture. There was a shed box full of beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards. They have 2 bikes you can use and even a surf board. There are books available and card games, board games and other ways to entertain yourself and your kids. But best of all is the porch. Its right on the boardwalk and spacious enough for our whole group to sit and enjoy the day all the way through until sunset while the kids were on the beach right in front of us. I would not hesitate to return in the future. Thanks again for having us.
