This is the perfect location ideally set between the bay and the ocean... A 2 minute walk to the left and you are on the sand facing the beautiful warm bay, a 4 minute walk to the right (crossing one street) and you are on the sand with the Pacific Ocean in your face. With a neighborhood market and eateries literally around the corner, once you are parked say goodbye to your car until you sadly have to leave. The house is super clean and big enough that a family can enjoy their own space. Highly Recommended!
