Awesome location, privacy and comfort for large groups, the rooftop was amazing.

Thank you guys so much for letting us stay in your wonderful vacation home. Our stay was wonderful, we slept like babies (the kids LOVED the joining sofa beds) and really enjoyed the views on the rooftop and soaking in the hot tub. One item you may want to make more clear is the Alexa system, but we figured it out :)

My family and I had a great time during our stay! It was immaculately clean, and welcoming. The hot tub and outdoor areas (front patio and rooftop) were probably our favorite amenities and where we spent most of our time, when not at the beach. The property was easily able to fit 6 adults and a toddler, with room to spare. There were PLENTY of towels and dishes; really all we had to pack was our clothing and toiletries— everything else was provided. The only thing I would consider before booking is parking — it’s a TIGHT corner and maneuvering into the driveway was a challenge with my 2021 Honda Accord( we had to ask the neighbor to move their vehicle if they were home and parked in their property’s parking spot). It was much easier to park our second vehicle - a small SUV. As such, I’d plan appropriately and either bring a smaller vehicle if possible, or have someone drop your party off. Would definitely stay again!

It was so close to ocean. The location is close to markets, restaurants and bars. It was a beautiful house and had all the amenities you need. The roof top patio was amazing.

The location for this house is everything! In the best part of mission beach, you're on the beach side and can walk to the bay side in under 1 minute. The view from the living room and top deck is just ALL ocean, it's spectacular. We had 3 families, which was probably a little tight because the two downstairs bedrooms are smaller than we had anticipated, with small beds. But thankfully the smaller room had a trundle underneath so that helped with sleeping. We did have a couple people have to sleep in the living room, which I don't think they minded!

Great location. Great communication before check-in, and even after check in. Worked great for our 2 families of 10. However, most of the kids slept together on the huge pullout couches near the kitchen.
