Very clean.

A very clean and stylish place. We used the room with the king-sized bed and TV as the master bedroom, and claimed the hall bath as the master bath. Gave the kids the queen with the en-suite and no TV. Small kitchen with no dishwasher, but we certainly didn’t cook there. Tons of nice restaurants in the area. Great location between beach and bay (right on bay, so we loved having that water view). Super convenient to downtown, Seaport, the Point, zoo, sea world and La Jolla. The people all seemed super friendly, a great plus. Such a beautiful area. I hope to come back soon! Not enough time to do it all!!

We’ll situated right on the bayside walk. I loved watching people and the sunrise each morning from the balcony and then walking around the bay. So close to the beach as well Beda we’re very comfortable and the kitchen had enough to make it easy to cook a simple breakfast I would stay here again.

Great property. Convenient location to the Bay and the beach. You could spend a week here without having to rent a car-everything you need is a short walk. This place was very clean and wasn’t missing anything. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve every slept in

We celebrated our honeymoon - unfortunately, for us, my wife was in the ER 3 of the 5 days we stayed and not well the remaining two. We shall return in better health! Great unit. Clean. Air condition in each room. Stunning view. Easy access to either the bay or the beach. Unbelievable sunrise. 2 parking spaces. Its has everything you want/need. Its perfectly quiet as well. SD has some homelessness issues, as does most of Cali, it was minimal to non existent next to the unit. Great restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store and pharmacy less than a mile away (needed those). Couldn't recommend more!
