We needed to get away to someplace relaxing and peaceful, and this place did not disappoint! This place was very clean, well furnished and the location, being on the bayside, made for a peaceful, and relaxing stay. The ocean is just a short walk… maybe 4 minutes, and other places such as restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping were just a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay so much we did not want to leave, and we are already talking about scheduling another trip back in the springtime.

The condo is perfect located in a safe and quiet area. There are many restaurants you can reach without the car. The studio has everything you need. Perfect for two. If you have a sensitive sleep, maybe all the lights (microwave, wlan, van …) are disturbing. Also you hear every step in the unite above. We used an eyemask and it was ok. I asked surfstyle vacations for more towels, 3 for 9 days with 2 people, weren’t enough. There was no response and no additional towels have been provided. So I had to wash. But this was no reason for us, not to love the place and give 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was a little small. But that's to be expected in Mission Bay. Our real only complaint of the property was the entrance to the bathroom. The toilet was in such a location that we couldn't open the door fully. I'm a bigger guy so trying to get in and out of that bathroom, especially at night when I get up to use the toilet, it's a bit of a pain. Other than that we had a great time.

Nice unit, area is VERY crowded and the unit is not on the actual ocean, it's on an inlet/cove that is not for swimming, just boating, etc...only downer was there were only two towels for a three day stay...there was a very loud family staying in the unit above us and they had the washer and dryer going the entire time so we never had a chance to wash the towels so we had to reuse the same ones for three days.

The room, the view and the location are awesome.
