This house is situated above the ocean and it has an amazing view. It was wonderful to wake up and watch the surfers, and the evening sunsets were magnificent! The stairs are very steep and a bit nerve wrecking. Over all it was a wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for my family. Loved that it's dog friendly. Loved the access to a pretty private beach with boogie boards, my boys had a blast. The views are gorgeous. I also loved how close it was to food, coffee, shopping. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at your beach house. You cannot beat the incredible beauty out every single window In the home. It’s walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants Encinitas has to offer. Communication with the property management team was exceptional. We look forward to staying there again soon.

“If you are looking for a private beach home with ocean view, private beach access and spectacular sunsets, this is it! A wonderful seaside retreat during this pandemic especially if you want a safe, quiet and serene location with no big beach crowd. What amazes us is that it is not windy or too cold to sit on the patio to enjoy the sights and surfers. What our family love is that every bedroom especially the Master bedroom has beautiful ocean views that makes it hard to get out of bed. It does has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals to eat indoors or outdoors. Amenities are as specified. There is an enclosed garage that would fit 2 midsize cars but not a Suburban which can be parked on the street outside the garage. For those who may have problems climbing staircases, please note that the Master Bedroom, kitchen and dinning areas are located on the upper level accessible by a flight of steps indoor and outdoor. What would make this vacation home more luxurious to match their rental rate would be an upgrade of their furnishing, bathroom facilities and dated beddings. We do appreciate very much that we can bring along our dog on our vacation, the quick responses and follow up plus the host being able to accommodate our requests. Definitely looking forward to vacationing here again to watch beautiful sunsets!”

Everything was as advertised. The only problem is that the beach below the house does not allow dogs which was a significant disappointment. Had we known we had to drive several miles to the dog beach we would have rented something on or closer to that beach. It would have been polite to have informed us as they knew we were bringing a dog.
