What a GEM! Beautifully designed new house on a peaceful cul de sac bordered by flowering shrubs with hummingbirds. Best rental kitchen I have EVER stayed in, with great Viking stove. Beautiful open layout with abundant dining seating. Grill on one of the two spacious balconies. Ocean view from the master bedroom balcony. 4 block walk to the La Jolla Shores Beach, with a little specialty grocery store right around the corner. Great cafe's and pleasant restaurants, with outdoor seating on a pedestrian section of the road, a couple minutes away. The house has beach equipment including a surfboard, which our sons really enjoyed. Plenty of storage. One young adult had to work and was nicely set up at the desk at the top of the stairs. The room with bunk beds has a full-sized lower bunk bed suitable for young couples. Master bedroom has lots of closet space. The downstairs (entry level) bedroom is where one enters the house, but our son was very happy on the large (full-sized) daybed. A bath with walk in shower for each bedroom, and a half bath on the kitchen / living level, meant that no one had to wait. Important to note that it is on a cul de sac where all the houses have balconies and voices carry, so this is NOT a party house, but a place to enjoy a quiet neighborhood. Virtually no road noise! We will return for sure if possible, thank you!

The location and the design of the house combine for a very SoCal beach experience. We had a great time at this new, clean home within walking distance of the beach and the lower LaJolla Shores area. Very fun and walkable to restaurants and fun. The home is not large, but well appointed and all you really need for a getaway. Our family of 5 fit wonderfully in the house and the upstairs bunk beds were key. We would absolutely stay again.

What a great experience. Perfect home for a family trip. So close to amazing food and beach access. Highly recommend and will definitely look to stay here next time we come to the area.

Wonderful home for a vacation. It was gorgeous and comfortable inside and very clean! The location is fantastic as there was plenty of things to do and a very short drive to San Diego. We were able to park a suburban and venza at the place which was important for us. We would all definitely stay there again next time we are in La Jolla.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this home. Close to the beach and fully stocked with everything you need to cook in the kitchen, visit the beach or just relax. It’s the perfect spot. Can’t wait to come back.
