From booking to checkout - it was all seamless - pay online, receive check in email, ENJOY, close door behind you, and voila! If you are looking for a beach retreat for the family this is your place hands down!

The home is perfectly located and provides the best of both worlds. Calm, serene bay setting. And a 3 min walk to the scene at Pacific Beach. Great for kids and tons of extras (boogie boards, kayaks, paddle boards, sand toys, basketball hoop, hot tub, etc). There’s no need to bring your own beach equipment or towels. The place was loaded.

If you want a vacation rental with lots of land, on the water, near all the activity yet still away from the hustle/bustle…you will LOVE this house! Like the ad says and the photos show, the location and outdoor spaces are unbeatable. You walk out of the backyard onto a white sandy calm bay & perfect for our little ones. The home is a bit dated but we knew that from the photos plus everything is very comfortable & clean and the manager did some nice improvements to some of the furniture pieces tvs. We spent most our time outdoors anyway, we just absolutely loved hanging out there, relaxing in the hot tub, bbqing, and listening to music. Our entire family would like to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Unbeatable location because it's a quiet hidden area near Catamaran Resort, but without all the hustle/bustle of the resort and right on the relaxing bay. Additional pluses: lots of beach stuff, amazing outdoor spaces, nice indoor/outdoor plan, exclusive feel, quiet neighbors, nice tv's & music system. The minus: we couldn't stay longer!!!

What a great place for our extended family to get away for a long weekend! While the home itself was dated it added to the charm and gave a fun retro feel. Some of the appliances were newer except for the stove top and outdoor BBQ that was a challenge to light at first but we figured it out. Plenty of space inside but the biggest drawback to be aware of is that the 3 bathrooms are all inside of a bedroom, leaving the occupants of one bedroom no access to a bathroom without entering another's bedroom. The best part, and why we chose this property, was the outdoor space. It felt very private and the secure, gated access was nice. Plenty of seating, a huge patio and grass space, and of course that beautiful bay view! So many activities as well - ping pong table, corn hole game, multiple kayaks and paddleboards, bike cruisers, board games, jacuzzi. We were lucky to get some decent weather despite it being January and took advantage of this space. If the opportunity arises we will definitely be back!

We simply cannot say enough positive things about Surf Style's estate, it was the perfect place to stay. They made it an easy vacation for us even before we arrived, & even had a service to deliver groceries by the time we arrived. The house is perfect - all the amenities you could need and a walk right out onto the beach. Being on the bay side was so calm and quiet even over the busy weekend. The ocean is literally across the street so you have the best of both worlds. We loved that we could access the resort next door to use the fancy pool, beach bar, & gym. Also close driving distance to all of the places we wanted to visit. (The zoo/park, downtown, USS Midway, & La Jolla to name a few.) The grounds were absolutely beautiful, we'd love to have a wedding here if we could! Thank you again for sharing your special home with our family!
