Location was amazing.
The rooftop balcony was absolutely epic! Really easy walk to the beach and about 10 steps from the Bay. Place was EXTREMELY clean and very comfortable layout. The decor was new, beds were very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home and perfect location to Belmont Park and Mission Bay!

The property was beautiful inside and out. Everything was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. One house away from the beach. Ocean views. I highly recommend this locations and will definitely be visiting again.

Our stay was so wonderful. It’s a perfect spot for a family vacation. Easy walk to the bay, perfect for smaller kids. And a quick and walk to the beach. Great location, near to the shops and restaurants and the amusement park. The house was so comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed, including all the items needed for a day at the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

This was the perfect place to stay in Mission Beach. It was beautiful, comfortable, and private, with wonderful views from every floor, especially the roof deck (both ocean and bay). The home generously provided everything you'd need -- beach towels, chairs, and toys; plentiful and new kitchen equipment and utensils; comfortable beds, pillows, and chairs; soaps, tp, shampoos. There was room to be private and to hang out comfortably together both inside and outside. Before arriving, I thought it'd be more ideal to be right on the bay, but once there we discovered that the location, which is one house from the bay, gave much more privacy than homes right on the bay, but still offered amazing views of both the bay and ocean, which are so close. Our Volvo station wagon fit in the garage and a small car would fit next to it. It's not only a house that is special to vacation in, but it's one you'd want to live in as well. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.
