We stayed here at the end of June 2023 and enjoyed our time there. We are a family of 7 and liked the multi-level layout of the property so we could spend time together but get privacy when needed. The house is a 5 minute walk from the back to feet in the ocean! It is well stocked with kitchen and grill ready to go to make food. We found ample towels and beach items including boogie boards, sand tools for castles. There is an outdoor shower to rinse before coming insider. Overall, I would recommend this to friends and would stay here again.

We were very happy with the property. It was about 10 or 15 minute drive from everything we wanted to go see, and there were lots of dining, shopping and grocery options within walking distance of the home. We had a party of six, and each person was able to have a bit of their own space while there. The kitchen was supplied and tables easily accommodated us all. Would stay here again

The house was wonderful. Comfortably furnished and we'll equipped. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is peaceful . Great beach with stair access at the end of the street, and a preferred lovely trail off the back of the house . Shops, restaurants, and grocery are all walkable.

Loring Villa was a perfect house and location for our recent family stay. We were a family of 5 and with 4 bedrooms we all had more than enough space to be together and spread out to our rooms. Location is wonderful; about 100 yds down a beautiful path to the beach. Great location on North Pacific Beach; very residential area so you have peace and quiet but also restaurants, bars, etc. within walking distance. La Jolla and all its attractions just a few minutes away, too. House was very clean, has everything you need and is very comfortable. We didn't cook much but kitchen was well-equipped. Was perfect location to do long walks on the beach every morning, grab fresh fish tacos for lunch at Oscars or sushi at Sushi Ota, explore greater San Diego or hang out on the beach in the afternoons and then watch the spectacular sunsets each night from the house or beach. Would definitely rent again.
