Really liked the location which let our large family get together over Thanksgiving but also giving us enough individual space. We lucked out on the weather as well which meant we spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck and at the beach. Pros: Great owner, Steps to beach (Ocean or Bay), Store near by, Sunset on rooftop deck, warm salt water jaquzzi and comfortable inside. Cons: like every So.Cal beach community parking can be tough outside of the spots given (3), It is at the beach so some weathering and you'll be close to neighbors but they where great but in my mind all of the cons are to be expected. Will gladly come back!!

Spacious, clean, many private spaces, plenty of supplies. Perfect for our family of 10.

Our family had a great time. It fit all 15 of us great. Perfect location with coffee, market, and great food within steps of the property.

My husband and I took our kids and grandkids to San Diego for a week. This property worked very well for all 15 of us. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We walked to the bay on one side and the ocean on the other side. The property was clean and Toni was very easy to work with. Not having air conditioning was a little bit of a problem for the downstairs unit as you didn't get the breezes through there. There are fans for each room, which does help. That would be the only negative I would have to say about this property. We would definitely stay here again!

Our whole family loved the location and comfort of the house. Kids enjoyed the hot tub while adults were relaxing with an amazing view. Toni was available and a great communicator which made renting this spot very easy. Would stay again for sure!
