This beach house was perfect for a weekend getaway. It sits only a very short walk from the beach. There is a grocery store, coffee shop, and liquor store just steps away. The place itself was comfortable for all 6 of us. It was very clean and had all of the necessities already provided. The owner, Toni, was accommodating, helpful, and very welcoming!

The owner was very accommodating when we needed a place with short notice. The house was in a good location and very comfortable for 2 couples. Parking was a little tricky.

We rented both upper and lower units for family reunion and Thanksgiving celebration. The lower unit provided two very nice bedrooms and two baths for two of the couples. There was plenty of room and it is decorated very nicely and all the kitchen appliances were clean and in good working order. It also has a nice patio. The location is perfect for enjoying all water activities as well as the restaurants and family arcade amusement park. I would recommend staying here especially in combination with the upper unit to comfortably accommodate 5 couples. It was nice to have such a great location and be comfortable cooking and serving meals!

Location was perfect just steps away from the ocean and steps away from the bay. Everything you need is within walking distance including market, fabulous coffee shop, restaurants and much more. Owner was easy to contact and very responsive. The house was exceptionally clean and beds very comfortable. Neighbors very helpful and friendly. This property exceeded our expectations and we will defiantly be back.

I was thrilled to open the door into this immaculate beach condo with easy walking distance to both the bay and the ocean. The condo is stunning and the décor looks brand new. And so clean! The owner was wonderful too - so accommodating and quick to respond. The place is great we didn't want to leave! Planning our next trip to San Diego, and this is the place for us.

The house is in a great location walking distance to everything. The living room and kitchen are spacious and great for entertaining, beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Loved the outdoor deck with all the palm trees facing the court. Definitely will come back.
