Lots to see within a very short walk. I loved being back a couple of blocks from the main area for the noise insulation. We could easily see both the bay and ocean from all levels of the house and get to either in 5 mins or less. Having a full house to ourselves made it feel much more like we were at OUR house. Beds were comfortable, enough towels, beach towels and beach toys all available. The roof deck was a great way to start and end the days. The 2 parking spaces included gave us room to maneuver, and glad we had one to get around to see the sights of San Diego.

Location, location, location! Steps to the gorgeous clean beach, bay, shopping and dining. The home was perfect for our family-winter escape from Utah (5 adults). We had plenty of space to create family meals, blend up drinks, play games and enjoy the views. The real stunner is the rooftop patio. This is where we spent the majority of our time. (Only thing missing was a hot tub😎). The fire pit and grill were put to good use, while watching the sunset. The house was very tidy with clean & comfortable bedding. There is nice separation between the bedrooms, which allowed us privacy. The other thing we really liked was that the house feels “homey”. It’s very nice, but not “too” nice. I’ve stayed in other Air BnB’s where you’re almost afraid to enjoy the space. Little touches like comfy throw blankets, extra pillows and blankets for the bedrooms and beach towels go a long way. If your renting a car (which you really don’t need, because the location is killer) the space getting into the garage or parking space is tight. We rented a mini van and it was a challenge! If you can’t do stairs, this may not be the place for you. We ate at several of the restaurants nearby and all agreed that the small, little locally owned spots were delicious. We were disappointed with the larger, hip joints we tried. Long story long…5 out of 5 agreed that we would love to stay again.

Perfect location for my husband, me our son, wife and 9 month old infant who had his first beach experiences in San Diego. The space worked for all of us and easy access to bay and the ocean couldn’t have been better. We were content with staying near the house the entire stay and had easy access to good places to eat. Wonderful sunsets on the roof top deck! Thank you for this place.

Our stay was perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured, and the whole place was spotless. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at nighttime. The fire pit on the roof was so easy and fun to use. It’s a 1 minute walk to either the bay or the ocean, and easy to call ride-share cars as well. The Surf Style team was very responsive to ensure easy check-in/out and make sure our stay was going well. We passed by many other rentals in the area with the Surf Style management sign up. They clearly know the area well and still offer a personalized experience even with the many buildings they manage. I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay, and would definitely stay here or at one of their other rentals again!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations! We had the ocean on one side and the bay on the other, which could be seen and enjoyed, especially from the great roof deck. We could walk to beaches and restaurants, and bike and scooter rentals were on every corner. We rented a car but we hardly used it since almost everything was in walking distance. A great long weekend spent with family. We will be back for sure👍👍

We had 8 guests stay in the North Point house, it fit us all well with everything needed. We really enjoyed the main living area on the 3rd floor and the rooftop sealed the deal for us returning again (along with the carport parking space that fit our Escalade!)
