We had a great time, thanks so much for making arrival and our stay very easy. The unit is nicely updated with decor touches throughout. The oversized window made the space nice and bright during the day. Kitchen had enough for the 2 of us, big smart tv in the br was great. Best part was the location, just like the ad says it's just 1 house to the Bay and steps to the Ocean. Downside was no parking, which didn't effect us as we walked & too Uber everywhere.

Loved our stay. Great location near the water with lots of good food within walking distance. Rental unit was cozy and the recent updates were great. Parking can be difficult in this area (not a knock on this unit, the owners gave plenty of warning). We found some spots available on San Juan as well as Santa Clara Point south of the unit. Highly recommend this spot!

This place is so super cute!!! It was just as advertised, nice furnishings, & you're basically right at the bay without paying for waterfront prices. Only downfall was no parking, but that didn't effect us as we walked & uber everywhere. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place! Perfect for 1 to 2 people, very clean, updated with modern touches, and an amazing location. Easy walking to the ocean and bay and restaurants. I will for sure stay again, thank you
