We stayed here four nights with a total of six adults. There was ample space, including multiple living areas for us to spread out or spend time together, depending on each person's mood. Sleeping with the windows open and listening to the waves was a highlight, for sure. We enjoyed watching the surfers in the morning and even saw dolphins right out back two of the days!
The neighborhood is great and we had no trouble parking in front of the house. We hardly used the garage because the street parking was so convenient. There are several restaurants within walking distance too.
The stairs to the beach are well maintained but there are a lot of them so be ready to get your steps in.
One piece of advice: if you have any issues during your stay, be sure to call the property management company by phone. We had a broken lock on the way to the beach. I got nowhere by text and got a completely unrelated auto-reply when I tried to contact them through the VRBO app. Once we got them on the phone, they sent someone out fairly quickly to check on the issue. It was several hours and another phone call before we actually had someone there to fix it but things definitely went better by phone.
