From beginning to end, experience was first class. The newly renovated house is gorgeous and very well done while still maintaining the charm of the original home. Perfectly situated close enough to downtown to take a nice 20 min walk along the ocean or take a quick 5 min drive for shopping, eating and site seeing, but also far enough to feel away from the crowd for a peaceful and private experience. When you enter the first green door, you are blown away by the outdoor space leading to the home, until you enter the next door and are overwhelmed by the floor to ceiling window that takes up the entire front wall that overlooks the ocean. The three cascading oceanfront decks are stunning and come with a private staircase down to what feels like a private beach. There is public access on the far side of the community but it’s hard to notice/find- except for the local surfers which are fun to watch. Customer service is top notch and all 3 kids (ages 13/10/6) loved it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
