Overall a great property! Close to the beach and a halfway decent location in the middle of Mission Beach. Shops and food are close by. Beach is close with a volleyball net right there which is nice. Spa is relaxing with a great rooftop. Highly recommend!

The location was amazing, the view was also amazing it was clean and great communication with the property management team. It was my daughter's, my sister's and my nephew's birthday and my nephew's first time to a beach.

We stayed for a week! The kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes, pans, cups, silverware! There were spices but not things that I use very much. There is a Brita water filter system in refrigerator. Some reviews said no AC but it has wonderful central AC with ceiling fans in every room. We used the fireplaces on the roof and on the patio and there was extra propane. We used the gas grill as well which had direct gas. Hot tub wonderful and changing colored lights in it! Beds and pillow clean and comfortable. Beach umbrella and beach chairs and toys available in the patio area. There are two parking spots which we didn’t use because we didn’t have a car. TVs every room and Alexa throughout the house including rooftop! Great location! The beach right ther is very nice and it is far away from Belmont that don’t get the noise and crowds but an easy walk. We ordered groceries from Ralph’s and they delivered first day. I would definitely stay here again. There are lots of stairs so could be difficult for some people.

This is a great property. Exactly as the pictures and description show. We spent a lot of time on the roof watching the ocean view.
