This is a small, narrow space - but exceptionally clean and furnishings/linens were in fantastic shape. Our last couple rentals in San Diego (through 710 Rentals) all looked wonderful online but were really tired, with stained, banged-up furnishings and rusty porch furniture - but this rental was a pleasant surprise. Perfect location for walking to dinner, morning coffee, etc. The street is absolutely adorable. After check in, we got an email to confirm that everything was in order. Loved the beach chairs and beach towels and we enjoyed sitting outside around the fire-pit in the evening. Like all places on Mission Beach, the garage is very narrow, so be sure to rent a small car.

Absolutely beautiful property! We enjoyed the steps to the bay , a block to the beach, and walking the boardwalk every day! Great food, short drive to the wineries, La Jolla, Coronado, and Downtown!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Diego, and our VRBO was a big part of that. The unit was very clean and in a perfect location-about one block from the beach and steps away from the bay and a quiet bayside path, which was a great place for a toddler to burn energy. There were several nice touches at the rental unit including plenty of towels, beach toys, extra pillows, and nice, modern appliances. The check-in process was easy and we had no issues communicating with Surf Style before or during our stay. The immediate neighborhood in Mission Beach was pretty quiet and seemed to host a lot of families. I would highly recommend this rental property to other travelers and families!

The home was just like the pictures - very clean and modern. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Every morning we walked along both the bay and ocean. The condo was within easy driving distance to all of the sights of San Diego. We had a very relaxing two week stay there!

Perfect place to stay for family vacation. Short walk to Belmont Park and Mission Beach. We cooked several family dinners in the kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and appliances. Beds very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place and location.
