Shhhh. I do not want to tell anyone about this house. I want to keep it my secret. It was perfect for a one month escape from cold weather. Two of us remote-worked from this house. WIFI was good. Running and biking along the ocean was very pleasant. Neighborhood was very walkable. We did not hear the upstairs neighbors. We parked on the street the whole time and had no trouble. We will be back.

The property has everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable bed which is big , in the main bedroom. We stayed for 1 month and could really make it our home. It is close to the beach with beach chairs provided! For cooking everything is available from microwave to outside BBQ. Washer tabs and dishwasher tabs all provided. Easy to park on the street. Close to town ( walking distance), deli 5 min walk away. Swimming pool 10 min walk away. We will be back!

Windandsea 1 was perfect for our mother/daughter weekend. Everything we needed and wonderful extras were provided. The backyard was so beautiful for an evening glass of wine and conversation. We had upstairs neighbors and had we not seen them occasionally coming or going, we would never have know the upstairs was occupied. There was a very minor issue that did not impact our experience in the least, but I notified the mgmt company on the weekend (after hours) and received a very prompt response in which they offered to attend to it immediately or at our convenience. Very accommodating. Beautiful property, nice, quiet neighborhood, wonderful restaurants, shops...too much fun to mention. My only complaint is a weekend was not long enough!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was nice and clean, but wish it had better and more sleeping pillows.

Very quiet location, perfect for us as we go to bed early. Comfortable setting with everything we needed for cooking and the beach.

The location was great. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the one of the best beaches in California There’s lots of restaurants and life around but in the flat itself it’s completely quiet. This place is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.
