Property has great location. House was comfortable and airy. Lots of spots for great photographs. Property provided everything that you can ask for in a beach-front property, including paddleboards, kayak, beach toys. Kitchen supplies and toiletries were well provided for. We enjoyed our stay and both grown ups and kids wanted to come back and even asked me if I could buy the property. I wish I could!

Incredible place that's a secret gem. It's not on the ocean and not in the heart of the hustle bustle, but on the bay and close to everything but hidden in a little secret quiet area near the Catamaran Resort. It's like having a whole resort to yourself! The view is magical and the house is spacious with plenty of room for 15 people. We plan to return hopefully later this year.

There was a lot of very pretty landscaping and some great plants. The Bay sidewalk is right in front of the house, and so people going by do look in a lot. That was fine for us but some might find it less private. We had a great time in this home, and would highly recommend it! We would definitely stay in it again. Did I say the parking is great?”

We saw 5 separate firework shows, whoa! Kids had a blast going to & from the bay with their beach gear. The adults mainly enjoyed relaxing in the backyard enjoying the views and hot tub during the cold evenings. Bathrooms were a bit dated, but everything well appointed, super clean, comfortable, well cared for, & we were aware of such going in...it really didn't matter with the location and offering. Fantastic customer service by the managers. This place is a gem, we're already planning our stay for New Years 2022.

Our visit at this villa was so much fun! Our grandkids loved the beach boards and kayaks, just to be able to from our yard to the bay was so convenient. Cold nights were were spent in the hot tub, hot days in the backyard and on the bay, and all other times spent inside enjoying the huge house! Having a music system was a nice added feature, beds were comfortable, & it looked like a lot of the furniture was new. The only suggestion is more beach and bath towels. Easy texting with the host, who was super responsive. Also the neighbors were very friendly. We would reserve this wonderful house again without hesitation. Gary & Janet
