After walking up and down the boardwalk from this Vrbo location, this is the perfect spot! Short walk to Belmont Park, restaurants, and quick marts. To the South, the houses are larger and the beach much more crowded with younger generations. This Vrbo is the perfect place for families. The cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed at!

Everything about the house and the location was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean. The A/C was excellent. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. We loved the front patio and had dinner out there every night. The beach access was perfect especially for traveling with an infant. We would definitely stay there again. The only issue was the WiFi. We connected an ethernet cable from the modem to the television in the living room to prevent buffering on the stream. Once we did that, everything was perfect.

This is our 2nd summer renting this property and the owners have done some nice upgrades. The decor is more modern, kitchen table and beach amenities all were notably better than last year. Well stocked kitchen appliances - cute front yard. Only downsides I saw was the need to sweep the front porch from the pine needles that fell and the flies- both hard to correct. The front door bolt was a little tricky to open the front deadbolt. Would stay here again

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we love it. The proximity to the beach, Belmont and shops is perfect. Plenty of beach toys and towels are provided. We will stay here again.

We stayed at Beach & Bay to celebrate our granddaughter's 2nd birthday. This is the perfect location. Steps from the ocean and steps from the bay. The house was clean and neighborhood was as well. Beautiful patio to sit outside and spacious inside living area. We will definitely stay here again!
