Our family of 7, ranging from an 8 year old to 87 year old had a great stay. We never left. We surfed, walked on the beach and played games. The surfer family members said this was a premier surf spot. We will be back. Super clean and well appointed.

Had a wonderful time, we came down for our daughter's birthday and she loves the beach so we all had a great time making some unforgettable family memories at this beautiful location and house!

This house was even better than we pictured. It has 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, enough space apart from each room. A nice make up area in bathroom. A kitchen with everything you need. Large dining table. A living room with a large window to watch the surfers and seagulls. Plus a huge fire pit patio that was enjoyed in the evening. Our morning coffee was spent outside on the patio area. We took many walks on the private beach and loved the ocean view. I highly recommend this beach house. We will be back!

This was a great house to stay in. There was plenty of room for 9 people. Common areas are nice and spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. The view is spectacular. It was nice to run down to the beach and come back up when it got chilly. The beds were comfortable and had all that we needed. My family and I will definitely be staying there again.

We have stayed in the San Diego many many times over the last 7 years as our son went to college there and stayed after graduating. After many stays in La Jolla we’ve come to love the less congestion further north. Our last trip we stayed in Cardiff and loved it. Moving a little further north we’ve come to love Carlsbad. The beach and restaurants are fabulous. We stumbled across this house very fortuitously. I can say without a doubt that this is by far and away the best location we’ve stayed and I’d argue that it might be the best location in all of the San Diego area. We wanted several bedrooms because we were unsure if any of our adult sons would join us (they did). The house was very clean. The kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook a couple of great meals. The beds were very comfortable. The greatest aspect of the house is the terrific outdoor space. Several seating areas all step down to the ocean. Obviously the views are unmatched. We all enjoyed looking at the ocean and following the surfers, the seals and the birds. Sleeping while listening to the sounds of the gentle crashing waves after watching the beautiful sunsets made this unique property spectacular. On a scale of 1 to 10 I’d rate this a 10!

This house was so perfect for our family, the view and house itself were so awesome. We cannot wait to come back!
