Great patio and location!

Excellent place; quite and beautiful neighborhood; minutes walking to ocean beach or harbor; local market store within walking distance as well; very clean and functional space. Very responsive host. We have a mini van and our car couldn’t fit in the garage, but it was easy to find parking on the street even with street cleaning times in mind. There is some beach gear in the garage and bikes which was very nice for us. Laundry is outside of the unit which is a little inconvenient but manageable. The dishwasher is a little wobbly but works fine. It’s easy to carry sand inside the house (even using the outdoor shower) so a good mop would be a plus with my love for cleanliness. The dogs are not allowed on ocean side beach from 9am to 6 pm but you can have dogs on the leash before or after. Our dog loves off-leash time and we were able to find some times by the harbor or drive to a off-leash “Dog beach”. Overall the whole family enjoyed this space a lot!
