The condo had everything we needed, including a first aid kit that came in handy. We didn't move the car except to go to sea world. The kids loved the beach toys and caught a lot of waves. Great location and felt safe walking to to pacific beach and belmont.

The view from the room and bacony is phenomenal an, actual full ocean, view very clean and up to date

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent! We had so much fun! We loved walking the beach daily!

This home is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. I will for sure be renting this place again

What a gem! I loved being able to hear the ocean waves from my bedroom, and the beach access right out my door! The condo is perfectly appointed, with all kinds of perks like beach towels, beach chairs, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The deck has a perfect view of the ocean with spectacular sunsets, great opportunities to people-watch the folks using the boardwalk to skate, bike, walk their dogs. It was a treat, and I would absolutely stay here again. The only negative was that there was a discarded couch in the alley where we park and there was a homeless person camped out on the couch next to the dumpster. I wouldn't walk around alone after dark there ... but I probably wouldn't do that in a lot of places to be honest! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately having patio and bedroom windows covered in plastic for almost 2 full days for patio painting was a bummer! The condo itself was perfect and in a great location and apparently there was short notice of painting time! We booked this condo because of the patio and ocean view and basically lost 2 full.days of its use! Owner gsve us a bottle of champagne in lieu of any compensation. Condo was well equipped and very nice and would definitely go back as long as there were no obstructions!!
