Towels, beach toys, bikes, views, porches, decks for viewing both the ocean and the bay. Perfect spot to enjoy a vacation. The house is beautiful, porches and views from every level. House has all the amenities needed for the stay. Walking distance to about everything on the beach. No need to rent a car if this is a beach stay for you. Excellent house for large family get togethers. We rented both units the upper and lower, and there was plenty of room for all 15 of us. We had 8 adults and 7 children between 17years-18months, and everyone had plenty of personal space. The roof top deck was awesome to watch the beautiful sunsets! We also enjoyed the warm hot tub on the roof as well. The location is awesome! Its just a short walk to so many attractions in the area. We visited Belmont Park, both beaches, and several restaurants with in walking distance. All in all it was great vacation at an amazing house! Thank you!

Toni’s place was an ideal place for a large family Thanksgiving week reunion. Great location a half a block from the bay and two blocks from the beach. Easy access to the boardwalk and mission beach bike trails. Having bikes available made it easy to explore the area. It was also nice to have all the basic beach toys for the kids. There are two parks within walking distance for kids to play at the playground and also fire rings for beach bonfires. The kitchens are fully stocked. The market next door has almost anything for any last minute needs. It was nice to have a few walkable options to grab a quick bite. The rooftop balcony is a great place for morning coffee to watch the sunrise and evening cocktails for the sunset. Overall the place is welcoming, clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Great location, steps from bay and beach!

Beach Haven in Mission Beach San Diego is an ideal location to enjoy. Houses are well furnished and their location to Beach and bay is ideal for walking. All restaurants and the board walk are ideally situated within walking distance. We had a great time during our 3 day visit and wished it was longer.
