The house was very cute, super clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

This is a nice little condo in a great location south of Belmont Park. Mission Bay is just steps away and the beach is maybe a 2-minute walk. You do have to cross Mission Blvd. to get to the beach but it's slow and quiet in this stretch so it's easy to cross. The condo is decorated very well and is comfortable. Mission Market right around the corner was terrific and it was so nice not to have to go all the way to the big Ralph's further north. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows, etc. An added plus is the condo has AC which isn't really necessary in San Diego even in the summer, but it can get a little loud on the street early in the morning with garbage trucks, street sweepers, neighbors packing up for the day, etc. so it was nice to be able to close the windows, turn on the AC and sleep in without being awakened by noise outside. This is a great option for a family beach getaway!

I just wanted to get away with my two kids and be near the beach for a few days. This was a perfect getaway. It’s only steps away from the bay and only 2 blocks from the beach. There was a market for shopping and a pizza place with lots of food choices just around the corner ( kid friendly for my picky eaters.) So you can’t beat the location for convenience . I didn’t need to use my car the whole time we were there. The deck was nice and spacious and a lovely place to sit . I highly recommend this property. It meets all of your needs for a nice vacation.

This is a great property for a family. Close to the beach, bay and Belmont Park. Several great places to eat within walking distance. Condo was as described in listing and pictures are accurate. We had a great time!!!
