It was perfect size for me. Clean and modern look to it. Perfect spot for me and for the sightseeing areas. Was 10 mins to MCRD and Airport. One block away from Little Italy restaurants, walking distance to the Waterfront Park, the restaurants on the pier and easy Lyft and Uber pick up. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Kettner Row 1 is a great value for a downtown Little Italy location. This is a garage conversion, and doesn’t have a view or ability to open up for fresh air, but for a clean place to rest after a long day of sightseeing or night on the town, it fits the bill! It can sleep 2-3 comfortably, 4 if you’re cozy. There is a small fridge and micro, as well as keurig (byo), and basic dishes,but no sink so you have to use the bathroom sink. Overall, a good stay!

We had an amazing stay. Its a block from the trolley so super easy to get around downtown. Parking lot across the street was super accessible. If you plan on parking on the street, they street sweep Thursday, FYI. Place was the perfect fit for us.

Comfortable place all around. Extremely well located in Little Italy. Responsive host. Be aware that this is a popular area, so you may hear happy, excited people strolling by on the sidewalk, especially on the weekend -- but they're not overwhelmingly loud. I'd easily stay here again.

Terrific restaurants within easy walking. Parking is a chore if you have car.
