This is a beautiful house in an amazing location. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything a family needs for a fun vacation. The location could not be better. It is close to the beach and walking distance to PCH with many restaurants, shops, etc. The views from the back patio are wonderful. This is a great place for a family or group of 10 or so.

We just got back from a week long family vacation at this amazing home! It was ideal for us and our adult children & 2 grandchildren. Everyone had their own bedroom & full bathroom.
The house is spacious & comfortable and the views are incredible! We will miss watching the beautiful sunsets...sitting on the patio snuggled up on the sectional....the patio heater keeping us nice & warm.
We enjoyed cooking dinner out on the grill to the sound of the waves breaking on the shore.
Our granddaughters loved the playground at the beach.
The stockpile of beach towels, boogie boards, & sand toys was appreciated & got lots of use.
It was truly one of the most comfortable homes we have stayed in. And so nice to be walking distance to an ice cream shop, coffee shop, and a delicious organic vegan cafe...and lots of great restaurants & stores very closeby.
Legoland just minutes away and SeaWorld less than 30 min.
Our daughter and her family were very comfortable in the apartment downstairs.
Any questions I messaged the property managers were answered in a timely manner.
The temperatures were mild during our stay...low 70's...a high of 77 the last day, so lack of air conditioning wasn't an issue. We enjoyed beautiful ocean breezes through the doors & windows. The propane fireplace in the living room came in handy on cool mornings, as well as the one in the apartment.
We had such a wonderful stay here...we hope to come back again.

We had a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. The views are magical! The area is perfect for a walk to the beach or down the street for coffee or dinner. You will never want to leave this lovely home though, the pictures don’t do justice to just how wonderful a spot it is. Great home for a family visiting too! Our kids loved the beach toys the house provided and we contributed a little surfer toy for the next family. Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was well equipped and beautiful and you absolutely cannot beat the location. We spent many hours sitting on the deck above the beach, listening to the ocean and watching surfers try their luck with the waves. We saw dolphins every morning and had several whale sightings near sunset. The house is exactly as pictured, very spacious with everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and we did quite a bit of cooking as well as grilling outside. Moonlight Beach was just a short stroll down the road, and we enjoyed many long walks on the beach during low tide. The only complaint that anyone had was regarding the sectional sofa in the living room - it is very uncomfortable, especially if you are tall, as the back on the sofa is quite low. Not a big deal for us, as we spent more time outside on the deck where there was plenty of comfortable seating. Beds were all comfortable and it was was nice having the washer and dryer in the master closet. We really enjoyed the Encinitas area and everything was very accessible from the house, either by walking or a short drive. We would definitely return to this property.
