Perfect spot for family reunion! This home (2 units) is lovely and appears newly renovated, with new furnishings, paint, flooring, kitchen wares, grill, bedding, etc. Awesome location with large grass area out front and sandy beach by the bay for children to play. One block, easy walk to beach. Beautiful views from large patio with lots of seating, and from living/kitchen area windows from unit above. Very clean home with well-stocked kitchen and beach toys, towels, boogie boards. Although there was construction going on next door, it was hardly noticeable. We really enjoyed our vacation here and would love to come back again.

My children and grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the bay house over the long weekend. We were able to wake up to a most beautiful view of Mission Bay and it was only a short walk to the ocean beaches. The sleeping setup worked well for us. We did have a problem with the garage working only sometimes. Otherwise the instructions for our stay were very clear and everything was seamless.
