The home was just as advertised with 2 separate units, large enough space for multiple families. Very well supplied home with lots of beach stuff, plenty of tv's, multiple outdoor spaces, kitchenware, & bbq's. The top unit had a very large roof patio that seated lots of people & street level patio was great for people watching. Everything was walking distance or you can rent electric scooters, bikes, surfboards, kayaks. Easy walk to Bay & Ocean. Host was quick to respond. Will definitely be back!

It was our first time in Mission Beach/San Diego and the Surf Style rental we stayed in also help to make the experience memorable. The home is very spacious and decorated nicely, was clean and also felt comforting and homey. The home has a rooftop balcony which is great to catch a view of the city and hang out. There's also an upstairs balcony that faces the street and a downstairs front yard patio both great for people watching. Surf style operations are very organized and they give you everything that you'll need to know regarding events, excursions, beach gear and local eats and hang outs. The home we stayed in was in a quieter part of town but stlll all within a 5 minute walk or less are many good restaurants to eat at such as Miss B's & The Mission Mission Beach and also a night few nighttime hang outs like Guava Bar & Single Fin. The famous boardwalk & busy area of Belmont park is a short cab or scooter drive away. Surf style has a strick no smoking or partying policy so if this is your intention this will not be the property for you but it can be found, there was a bachelor party happening across the street from us and they were playing beer pong yet it did not produce any noice as its still very quiet in the area after 9pm. We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to return!

The vacation rental company was prompt with communication. The facility was as advertised. We rented a home that was split into 2 separate condo units. Comfortably hosting 3 families. The units had everything that a well supplied home had to offer: laundry rooms, multiple bathrooms, cable TV in multiple rooms, beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, plastic sand toys) each unit had a grill and multiple decks. The top unit had a very large roof patio that seated lots of people. We ended up using the bottom street level patio for people watching. Everything was walking distance or you can rent electric scooters, bikes. Rental places for surfboards + wet suits walking distance. Short walk to the ocean, even shorter walk to the Bay. This area is pretty lively. Will definitely look for this place again on our next trip to San Diego!
