Oldish but we’ll maintained apartment in a bustling area, not far from the bay and the ocean! Plenty of eateries in walking distance. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood at night. People upstairs on our first night were unbelievably noisy doing normal things. We were lucky that they left the next day!!! Parking was very tricky and we weren’t aware of the limited space size. But we managed. Trash bins were overflowing when we arrived thanks to neighbors moving out, apparently. Kitchen, bathroom and beach items were about as complete as you could ask for.

Family of 6, kids15,8,5,and 1. The place was amazing inside and out. The bedrooms and beds were great along with 2 full bathrooms. Spacious common area and the kitchen was fully stocked with quality cooking equipment. In addition the beach storage is packed with everything you need from boogie boards to Tommy Bahamas chairs (8 of them). HUGE plus having 2 parking spots in the carport, and the location cannot get better for food and conveniences. Beach is a 3 min walk, same as the bay. Will definitely stay here again! Very well run operation, and a fine property.

Just what we needed for a fun vacation with our child & dog! Super responsive & friendly host. The unit has a fantastic fenced outdoor space, easy beach & bay access, comfortable beds, lots of beach toys and boards, plenty of kitchen stuff. A/C & SMART TV's were also nice features. We plan to stay again.
