Great location and host. Was perfect for our small family! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a good stay here. The place was clean and it was so nice to have all the amenities for the beach lended to us. This location is so close to the beach! One building away to be exact and it is a short walk to Belmont. It was also peaceful at night we would stay again 👍

We usually stay at a hotel on the beach but prices have doubled so we decided to try this out. What a great decision! We were right in the middle of the bay and the ocean, steps from a great coffee shop and Mission boulevard was around the corner. We did not rent a car and found we did not need one. Almost everything was in walking distance. Host was great. Communication was great and checkin instructions were seamless. The condo is nice, clean and had everything we needed. It was on the third floor so a nice view. We will definitely be back and would seriously consider a longer term stay here.

Perfect spot for our Pacific Beach vacation. Views of the bay and ocean off the balcony. Twenty second walk to the beach, and tons of great bars and restaurants right there. Cindy is caring and attentive: The property inside looks modern and clean. Parking spot and build is secure. Would stay again!

This place has everything you need for a wonderful San Diego vacation! The balcony view is spectacular, the beach equipment came in SUPER handy and the location is in the heart of everything. Cindy was amazing with communication making it super easy to get in and out with ease. We stayed with 2 adults and a teenager, there was plenty of room room for all with the foldout mattress couch. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great location, just steps from the beach and Mission Blvd, easy walk to Belmont Park and easy bike ride to Pacific Beach. The property was super clean and relatively quiet, given the area. Enjoyed the bikes and beach accessories!
