I really liked the property. They have a nice set up inside and on the patio. They have chairs and some beach toys which was nice. I liked that the second bedroom had 2 bunkbeds which was great for the kids. I wish that they would leave a broom/dust pan for guests to use since it is right on the beach. It would've been nice to be able to sweep as needed expecially having kiddos. They also only had two rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for a week. So, we had to go buy our own during our stay, but thats okay. There is no air-conditioning at this house. They did have fans to use, but one was broken, and a couple didn't work very well. It wasn't as huge deal since the weather wasn't crazy hot, but that could be an issue during summer. Our biggest issue here was parking. I know they said there was no parking, but they mentioned close parking on the street. However, beware this is not the case. This area is so packed. All on street parking is 15 min to 2 hour parking, and finding any available is ridiculous to say the least. There is a paid parking lot a little ways down from there, but for 10 hours of parking you are looking at $130 bucks. Overall, the kids loved being close to the beach, and we havr a great time.

We loved our stay here! Being steps away from the beach was incredible! We were so close to all the bars, coffee shops, and restaurants Pacific Beach has to offer.
No A/C as described, but they provided many fans to make our stay comfortable - plus opening windows lets the breeze come in. If you do open the windows, just be prepared for the noise coming from the main road. Beds were comfortable and everything was as described. When you leave, no clean up is required which made it so easy to head back home!
Overall, an awesome stay and will definitely book again!!

A great stay! Wonderful location. Just steps to the beach. Safe and clean area close to everything. Brought my two teen daughters and they each brought a friend. The bunk room was perfect for them. Only thing to look out for, which has nothing to do with the property itself - if you have a rental car, parking in the area can be quite difficult. Very limited and watch out for the street sweeping schedule signs.
