We had a wonderful experience at this property in Mission Beach. It provided more than enough space for a group of 12. Beautiful rooftop with multiple lounge areas. The market right next door is perfect for any on the go or last minute needs.

This is a very nice 2-unit property that can be rented individually or together depending on the size of the group. The upstairs unit has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining, and has lots of balconies and decks. The lower unit is a more basic 2-bedroom apartment that would be quieter and more private. The space was clean and well-equipped. The property is in a very convenient Mission Beach location, close to both the bay and ocean sides, as well as recreational trails, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores all within walking distance, The owner Toni was very hospitable and attentive to our check-in and stay. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

Not sure what we liked best, the location, the views from the rooftop or the many different patios to accommodate your many moods. We rented both units allowing each couple to have their own bedroom and bath. Kitchens were well stocked. Both units had parking and washer & dryers. Our group vowed to return.

Great property for our family of 12. We had enough space and the roof top deck has views that do not disappoint. It's location to the beach and everything at Belmont Park were perfect. We would stay again!

Our yearly office celebration of our FY was spent in lovely San Diego. This property held our office staff of 10 without any problems. There is an upstairs unit that held 6 of us and a lower unit for 4. They are not connected and there is an outside stairwell to access each unit. Seating was not a problem for all 10 of us in the upstairs unit. Lower unit was used strictly for sleeping. There is a 4th floor/roof top seating area where you have a nice view of the area. We had dinner there one night and was able to see the sunset. We did our own cooking for 1 dinner and 3 breakfasts(3 night stay) and found the pots/pans/utensil adequate. There is no A/C unit but the nights we were there it was not needed. Air flow throughout the rental is good. There are a good # of windows in all directions to assure easy cooling down of the upstairs unit when we returned from our day excursions. We did not stay there in the daytime hours so cannot comment how they felt at the height of the day. Only negative was during 1st day. It was about 3pm and the girls were playing a board game. As can be they were getting animated(loud) and a neighbor came by to ask us, politely, if we could hold it down. After that the girls decided to reluctantly keep their games they brought tucked away. We were aware of the 10pm-8am noise ordinance but 3pm was a bit shy of that mark. Oh well. We're the guest in the neighborhood and didn't want to be the annoying neighbors. Great place and would definitely return but next time bring smaller vehicles. We brought a Suburban and a Ford Flex. Only 1 vehicle could fit in the garage and the other couldn't fit in the carport so we parked it on the street. Despite the signage saying M-Th 8am-10am there are street sweepers, we left the car there from Friday/Sat/Sunday and we still got a parking ticket. Didn't understand why but its' only $52 so I'll suck it up and pay it.
