This place is well maintained, very cute and even with two other apartments being part of the property it was quiet and we had privacy. Location is great. I’ll be renting again.

This was our second stay at Bayside Bikini 1, there is a reason we went back, this is the perfect property for staying on Mission Beach. It is always clean and welcoming as well as comfortable. It is mere steps from the bay and only a short walk to the ocean boardwalk and the neighborhood food accommodations are spectacular. This is an annual trip for us and we will likely be back again next year.

What we most enjoyed about the location is that the house was walking distance to both the bay and the ocean. The bay and ocean offer different activities, so it was nice to be able to easily get to either.
