We absolutely love this house! The location is just perfect for our family, on the water but in a quiet spot away from all the hustle and bustle, with a huge yard, huge interior, and fully gated for our younger children. The house is a bit dated as the other reviews mention, but still clean and comfortable and exactly what we wanted. We'll rent again for 2023, can't wait!!

Every thing was fantastic,we used the Kayaks,paddel boards and sand toys for the kids the only thing i would change is all the different combinations.We hade a fantastic stay and i will be a repeat customer.

The house is huge with plenty of beds. The location was AMAZING! We sipped our coffee in the hotub and watched the sunrise over the bay. A short and easy walk to Pacific Beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The entire property is gated so it was very nice for families with young kids, plus we felt very safe. The property is stocked with many bikes, paddle boards and boogie boards! Large kitchen.

We will definitely come back!! Perfect large yard right on the bay with a fence/gate to keep kids contained. Large, comfortable space and so light and relaxing!!!
