We absolutely loved staying here! They had everything we needed, and it was clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the view or location, and the hot tub was such a nice touch. The property management company was easy to work with and contact if we needed help. Super easy check-in and access, and an all-around easy and relaxing vacation! I only wish we had booked for longer!

This was our 1st experience with a vacay rental, Loved it! I had doubts about not having air conditioning but thanks to weather and location it was not a factor. Noteworthy: There are ceiling fans in every bedroom, family room and several free standing fans in each of the closets! The property is extremely spacious throughout! I personally appreciated having 3 levels. It was nice and quiet in the bedrooms on the 1st level. (Noteworthy there is no TV in the bedroom on 1st level with king bed) My in laws (79, 80) had the bedroom on the 3rd level. They admitted the queen bed was a little snug for them but were extremely pleased with the balcony, view of ocean, tv, and spacious on suite! They normally leave the TV on as they fall asleep at night and due to hearing loss often keep the volume high. I appreciated that the sound was confined to the 3rd level. I LOVED having the kitchen, dining, grill and family room on the second level. We were able to take in the incredible view, enjoy the ocean breeze with windows wide open while feeling completely secure. The garage is extremely deep and could have accommodated a Toyota pathfinder as well as a GMC Yukon XL had we moved the storage bin from the garage. We opted to park the Toyota in the space provided outside the kids bedroom window just east of the patio. You do need spotters if driving larger vehicles due to the narrow parameters, but ample parking none the less! The laundry room is quite large and I liked having a dryer for our swimsuits and towels each day! I was pleasantly surprised by the resources provided. 3 rolls of tp for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels in kitchen (We did use one of our own paper towel rolls by the 3rd day), hand soap and dish washing soap, small bars of soap for showers and miniature shampoos. There were ample towels in bathrooms as well as beach towels. (They are older, thinner towels but worked just fine). And the aforementioned storage bin was overflowing with beach chairs (5), boogie boards (2 with straps, 1 without), as well as many miscellaneous sand toys, football, beach ball and floaties. The appliances in the kitchen are all updated and were extremely clean! The kitchen is on the smaller side and does not have a direct view of the ocean, but these were non factors for us. The atmosphere around this property was very family friendly. The boardwalk and beach are literally your front yard for this rental and that alone was worth every penny!

Great place. I just thought the BBQ grill should have been checked out for proper operation and not have corroded out burners disabling proper heat. We tried it for an hour and couldn't get the grill to heat properly. Therefore we just had to shut it down and not do the grilling we were looking forward to. Also for a place that sleeps 10 you might want to add more forks so that there is more than just 5. Some of us ate with spoons. Also with the broken clothes washer agitator top, we chose not to use it in case there was an issue there also. The place itself was very nice.

Beautiful house with a perfect location! We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided and loved the side yard for our dogs. Hosts were very responsive to our requests. We would definitely return!
