The views and location were nothing short of amazing. Just a short walk to Belmont Park and of course the beach is basically your front yard. The glass front windows and deck rail made for open views at almost 180 degrees with a bonus view of the bay from the side deck. My husband and I had 4 teenagers with us and there was enough room for all of us. If I had a negative for our stay I would say there were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. The cleaning people could do a better job with the floors and some extra towels in the kitchen would be great. It might be nice to take a look at the beach supplies as a handful were broken. These were all minor inconveniences and we would certainty stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The place was great. The view was simply amazing. Belmont Park was fun and the restaurants were easy to walk to.

Great place, great location, BEACHFRONT. A few minor hiccups but the host/airbnb fixed the situation and I would rent the place again.

We would highly recommend this home. It could use some maintenance and extra cleaning. However these minor issues are easy to overlook with beautiful views from the living room and deck. This location is amazing and we would stay again.

There were 9 of us including set of 2 yrs. old twins and we had plenty of space and it felt very safe with twins running around. The best views of beach and ocean you could ever get. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. We had a very pleasant stay.
